S’More Brownie Bars – A Portable Campfire Treat

My kids love s'mores. I, however, am not really a fan of the traditional s'more. I mean I like the idea of them and everything. Zucchini Chocolate Chip Muffins

I love baking all the treats for my family's lunches. The best way to ensure that I'm not standing at the oven daily though is to bake in large quantities and freeze in portions for quick lunch-packing in the morning. This recipe makes 24 muffins and one loaf. I love nuts in zucchini bread but most schools have a no nut policy. Soft Ginger Cookies

This week I asked my daughters what they'd like me to make them for snacks in their lunch. My youngest daughter requested Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Bars and my oldest requested these Soft Ginger Cookies. This recipe makes 12 cookies and I wouldn't recommend freezing them.
