By //  by Theresa Albert 2 Comments

By Theresa Albert, Toronto Nutritionist, www.myfriendinfood.com You want to know how to raise a healthy eater? Be one. And teach your kids to cook. Oh, yes, it slows you down and it’s a drag but in the long run, having a kid who can cook does as many good things for you and your household as it does for them and their lifelong health success. Anyone hungry? If you're not, you will be after checking out these great recipes from the Good Eats bloggers. First up, these yummy Peanut Butter Crispy Squares from Ottawa Valley Moms. I might take this up just a notch and drizzle a little chocolate on top. Mmmmmmmm. In keeping with the peanut theme, Andrea from A Peek Inside the Fishbowl shares this Peanutty Rice Noodle recipe. More and more I'm finding that I have friends with food intolerances, and wheat is a big one. …
