If you don't have a waffle maker, you should really consider investing in one. They make you look talented and stuff. I have lots of different recipes for waffles but these are by far my favorite. Light and airy with just a pinch of cinnamon, they are delicious served with fresh cut strawberries and whipped cream, a fruit compote, liquid gold AKA maple syrup or Slow Cooker Applesauce.
