Frigidaire Professional Appliances

by Candace Sampson

I can only imagine how annoyed people are that it’s taken me so long to share my completed kitchen in this space. All I can say is the line starts over here, right behind me. In fact if I have any advice at all for would-be kitchen renovators out there it’s this — it will take MUCH, MUCH longer than you expect. Plan for it.

Without a doubt though I can tell you that the best part of the whole kitchen reno was picking out our appliances. For me, the only choice from the beginning was Frigidaire Professional. We even planned part of our kitchen around one key component. What can I say? I fell in love with it and I think you’ll appreciate why I did when you see it!

Watch my video, then come read more below.

Okay, okay please contain your laughter. I am not, I repeat, not a professional like my appliances. See what I did there? Oh, I’m beyond witty today. Also, as someone pointed out to me, you may have noticed how short I look in front of that fridge. For the record, I am short but the fridge is 6.5 ft tall from the top of the trim kit to the floor.

There are a couple of things I forgot to mention in the video though that I think are so important. First, my freezer has a built in alarm so that when the freezer door is left ajar it will beep until it’s closed. This is BRILLIANT. I can’t tell you how many times we lost the contents of our freezer in the basement because the kids went in for a popsicle and didn’t close the door properly. I’m not kidding when I say I used to wake up in the middle of the night and go check it, my paranoia became so deep. Now, I need not ever worry again. Full freezer in the kitchen, freezer in the basement gone and a handy dandy alarm for forgetful kids.

Finally, I mention that the doors of my Frigidaire Professional Oven is smudge proof. Actually, the doors of all the appliances are smudge proof, which is a minor sanity saver with kids in the house.

The counters may not always look this tidy but I can assure you my Frigidaire Professional appliances look this great everyday.

Frigidaire Professional

Disclosure: I have been compensated for this post through Frigidaire Canada. All appliances, except for the dishwasher, were purchased by us because we truly felt the Frigidaire Professional appliances were the best fit for us. All opinions expressed in the YouTube video and in this post are my own and have not been influenced in any way.

I want that fridge. But that means a new kitchen and some walls moved. And probably a pool. Because if you’re going to renovate you may as well go all the way. Sorry…the p-word’s got me in its grips again.

Wow, amazing kitchen – totally worthy of a food network spot! I think I heard the angels there too! Also agree that the freezer door alarm is brilliant.

So when are you hosting CBN party? ;D

I thought that the picture of the kitchen was a stock photo and then I realized that it was YOUR kitchen. Dreams are made of that. Now I want Fridigaire appliances!

I have been working on my kitchen upgrade since last Fall. Patience is a virtue… Besos Sarah,

I was warned pre-reno that a kitchen is the most stressful renovation you can do. I didn’t listen. Now, I’m a believer LOL
