Blueberry Date Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2-3 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 tbsp flax seed
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 handfuls baby spinach

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Serve promptly
