Bacon Vodka Caesar: A Complete Meal

Bacon takes a perfect drink — the Caesar — and makes it better. Yes, it's possible!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Clamato juice
  • 2 oz bacon vodka
  • 1 oz pickle juice
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • 3 dashes Worcestershire
 sauce
  • 2 dashes Tabasco
 sauce
  • 3 ½ tbsp. celery salt
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • ½ lime
  • Bacon
Scallops

Instructions

  1. Mix Clamato juice, bacon vodka, pickle juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, celery salt, lime, and black pepper together.
  2. Shave fresh horseradish into your mix.
  3. Garnish with a bacon-wrapped scallop!

To make the Bacon Vodka:

Ingredients:
1 pound of bacon
40 of vodka

Directions:
1. Cook the pound of bacon
2. Let it cool and place in a large container.
3. Add a 40 of vodka and leave in the fridge overnight.
4. Scoop off the extra fat and strain the mix into a bottle.
