So many great blogs to share this week, let’s get to it.
I have obviously been living in the dark ages because I’ve never heard of Eden Riley before. I feel like I’ve been cheated. Check out this brilliant post about being a Mummyblogger. Thanks to Annie at PhDinParenting for the tipoff.
I adore my friend Heather but I’m not sure how I feel about this whole giving up Christmas thing. You?
The only reason I know anything about anything in the entertainment world is because my friend Kelli from Kellidaisy keeps me in the loop. I only knew Justin Timberlake got married because of her.
I missed Blissdom last weekend because I was on a media trip to Mexico. I was sad to have missed out on seeing the wonderful bloggers I’ve come to call friends. So I scoped out the best reviews and I love Karen’s from The Kids are Alright, post-Blissdom wrap up.
I also like Jen’s take at Little Miss Mocha. I think she is a wordsmith. Love this.
Of course, Dee’s post from CocktailDeeva made me cry laughing. I am also so, so old.
Upon further review I’m glad I missed Blissdom after all. Kat from JackStrawLane scared the bejeezus out of me with her post. Yikes!
I was sad to learn that Michelle from The Space Between Raindrops is backing off from blogging. On the flip side though, it’s to write her book….YAY….and she’s still going to keep blogging at Best Tools for Schools…phew!
I struggle so much with social media and when is the right time to allow my kids on it. I’m mulling over some of my sticking points due to this post from Annie at PhdInParenting and the great discussion that follows. What do you think?
This is just plain weird. My eyes! They burn!
Finally, this is actually a list of eleven. I meant to put this up last week but never did. Grab your daughters and make them watch this. Australian Prime Minister, Julia Gillard, rips the Leader of the Opposition a new one is one of the most incredible smack downs ever. Now THIS is a role model.

Thanks for the mention, lady. Missed you there, of course, but happy to think of you happy and relaxed. xo

Missed you too, dude. We’ll always have NYC. And whatever is next, let’s have a next as well, kay?

Thanks for including me in the list. Sorry we didn’t meet, but nothing can compete with sunshine and family. Now my eyes are burning from that photo too!

Fair is fair. You scared me with the whole hanging-off-the-top-of-the-CN-Tower thingy 🙂
