Alright ladies, it’s time to turn up the gas on our awesomeness. If we want to feel like the powerful warriors we are then we need to UP OUR GAME on the physical fitness front. Being physically active is good for the body, obviously, but it’s also good for the soul and the mind, and we deserve to have all parts of ourselves strong and in balance.
