These ribs take just under an hour to make, so they make a great weeknight dinner. Serve with sticky rice and broccoli. Delicious. Asian Ribs 3 pounds of baby-back pork ribs (2 racks) 1/2 cup hoisin sauce 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce 2 tbsps grated fresh ginger 2 cloves of garlic, chopped 1 cup sticky rice 2 scallions, thinly sliced Heat oven to 350F.
