You should definitely not make a meal out of this, but you might want to! It is that good.

Slightly Addictive Bread Dip

1 shallot, finely chopped
1 tbsp grainy mustard
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp sherry vinegar
1/2 tsp each finely chopped fresh thyme and tarragon
Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
1/4 cup plus 2 tbsps extra-virgin olive oil

Whisk together shallot, grainy mustard, lemon juice, sherry vinegar, thyme, tarragon, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. Gradually whisk in oil. Serve with sliced baquette.

I’m trying to eat the screen. ; ) This would — make that will — vanish from my supper table in seconds.
