Pineapple Spinach Smoothie

by Candace Sampson

Oh, what’s that? You don’t like peanut butter you say. Did you really think I’d leave you spinach lovin’ peanut butter haters hanging? Of course not.

I have a smoothie today that you’re going to LOVE. Totally refreshing, this smoothie just tastes like summer and is loaded with Vitamin C to help absorb all the iron in the spinach. And like the previous spinach smoothie I posted, it will give you tons of energy.

Pineapple Spinach Smoothie

1 cup orange juice (preferably fresh squeezed)
1 cup pineapple (cut into chunks)
1 frozen banana (broken into chunks)
2 cups fresh baby spinach (or more if you’d like)

Combine in a blender on high speed until smooth and serve.

Kid rocking a green ‘stache. Who knew drinking your greens could be so much fun?

I have to try this since I make a smoothie that has spinach, granny smith apple, orange, ice and water(or juice) and I love it!
