If you like Pina Coladas, getting caught in the rain…..Sorry, I couldn’t help myself. Here’s a smoothie recipe your kids will love. For fun serve it with a fancy umbrella!

Pina Colada Smoothie

2 frozen bananas
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup canned unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and mix them on high speed until very smooth and frothy. Makes 2 servings.
