I’m a Go RVing Blogger! #GoRVing

by Candace Sampson

This summer I wrote a post about Lake George RV Park in the Adirondacks as part of a campaign through Scholastic for Go RVing. That post led to an email which led to a phone call which led to me being a featured blogger at Go RVing! It’s at this point in my post I feel like I should be doing a little end zone dance. In fact, hold up. Let’s do one.

Because seriously when you get to write about something you love doing anyway, you should totally do a happy dance!

There’s no doubt that I love RVing and while we have visited many, many amazing RV parks across Canada and the United States, I would have to say my absolute favorite is Fort Wilderness at Walt Disney World in Florida. I’ve lost count how many times we’ve been there over the years ( I *think* the next time will be trip #15) but talk to me about RVing and I will inevitably talk to you about Fort Wilderness.  We once spent six weeks there before our children were in school and believe me,  I was positioning to make it eight but my husband kept going on about getting back to work. Sheesh. What a spoilsport.

So all of this is to say that my first post is up over at Go RVing and it’s about, surprise, surprise, Fort Wilderness! I’d love for you to go check it out. Bookmark that page too because I’ll be sharing more of our RVing adventures there soon. Be sure to check out the other amazing bloggers at Go RVing too who share their love of RVing, particularly Jenn from Newschool Nomads who took RVing from recreational to full-time.

I’m thrilled with my new adventure and I look forward to sharing many, many stories with you at Go RVing. I’ll leave you with this little video I did for Go RVing in 2013. Always makes me misty watching how much we’ve done in our RV.
