Best Summer Drink Recipes 2013

by Candace Sampson

I am in no way encouraging you to partake in these alcoholic beverages. No sirree bob. I am no enabler. BUT if you do occasionally imbibe then here are my best summer drink recipes for 2013. In the meantime I’ll work hard and research my tooshie off for you to have new drinks for next summer. Cheers!

Loosey Goosey Boozy Boozy Sangria

My friend calls this a “great big jug of happiness and contentment”. I can’t disagree with her. I have shared this recipe with countless people and there is no questions that Loosey Goosey Boozy Boozy Sangria is a hit.

Lemon Pina Colada

The lemon in these Lemon Pina Coladas just make them that much more refreshing than a typical pina colada.

Very Berry Sangria

Merlot, vodka, white cranberry juice and, oh yeah, berries. This Very Berry Sangria is berry delicious. Sorry, sometimes my Dad’s sense of humour comes through unexpectedly.

Frozen French Lemonade

This drink is pretty, isn’t it? You know what else it is? Delicious. I highly recommend this Frozen French Lemonade for your next GNI (girls night in).

Shark Attack

When I say this drink has bite, heed my warning, ok? First and foremost, the Shark Attack is a sippin’ drink. Secondly, it’s perfect for hot summer days when you have no where to be but chilling in your backyard.
