22nd Day of Christmas

On the 22nd day of Christmas we started to live our dream of celebrating the holidays Disney style. The weather was perfect, the park was more than we ever could have imagined, and we all felt at home, like we always do at Disney. I was certain that being away from home at Christmas would be hard, but we are already discussing doing this again (shhh, don’t tell my Mom).

We are all like kids in a candy store with wide eyes and mouths agape at all there is to see. Today we visited Animal Kingdom, travelled by bus, boat and monorail, and put many, many miles on our sore and aching feet. My husband and I marveled at our children’s stamina. Years of coming here and they are finally at the point where they’re starting to wear us out!

Fourteen hours from where we began I write this blog with a happy heart and heavy eyes. Only three days until Christmas!
