Cranberry Turkey Bowtie Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups uncooked bow tie pasta
  • 3 1/2 cups shredded cooked turkey
  • 3 celery ribs chopped
  • 6 green onions chopped
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsps sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water.
  2. Combine turkey, celery, onion and cranberries in a large bowl and combine with cold pasta.
  3. In a separate bowl whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, salt, mustard, and pepper. Pour over pasta mixture and toss well to coat. Chill before serving.
