Time for this week’s Good Eats Friday.
When I was pregnant with my first daughter I ate poutine five days a week for nine months. Not.Even.Kidding. There was a chip truck right outside my work and that poutine called to me everyday and I went with the whole “if I’m getting fat, I’m going down happy” philosophy. Then 45 pounds later I had my bouncing baby girl and backed off the poutine. I still crave it though and this recipe from Nicole at Domesticated Mama makes me drool a little, especially since it combines my second sinful favourite, Buffalo Wings. Yum.
Rebecca from A Bit of Momsense shared her recipe for Orange Coconut Jasmine Rice this week. This would be an ideal side for shish kebobs!
Finally, Crystal from Ottawa Valley Moms shares her recipe for Roasted Vegetable Lasagna. Crystal roasts her veggies in the oven, but since summer is here you might want to roast them on the BBQ.
