Now that tomatoes are in abundance, the time is here to slow roast them and freeze them for later use in sauces, bruschettas, frittatas, on top of steaks or on in grilled paninis. Marinara & Meatballs
Spaghetti and meatballs is practically a weekly event around here. Everybody in my family loves it, it requires no sides, and we always have leftovers for lunch the next day. I'm not crazy though.
