Ok, ok, the title is just a blatant and gratuitous ploy to get you to go like my Facebook page. I’m shameless I tell you. Totally shameless. Now that we’ve got that out of the way, here is today’s Quesadilla recipe. Are you ready? Wait for it……. It’s a little complicated.
I love nothing more than spending time in my kitchen. Things made from scratch are normally the best in my humble opinion. However, some days you don’t have time to roast a chicken, make fresh salsa and shred some cheese. Most days actually. This is a classic quesadilla recipe and it takes about five minutes to make. You have five minutes right? It’s also much easier on the pocketbook than eating out and frankly better tasting too.
Place a quesadilla on top of Hamilton Beach Quesadilla Maker, spread cheese, pico de gallo, chicken and frozen corn. Cover with more shredded cheese and top with another quesadilla. Close lid until light is green. Remove, cut into six triangles and serve to your adoring family. Serve with sour cream and store bought guacamole, because if you didn’t have time to shred cheese, you totally don’t have time to make guacamole. Enjoy.
So here’s what you need to do to win the Hamilton Beach Quesadilla Maker. Leave a comment on the blog about what you’d like to make with a Hamilton Beach Quesadilla Maker or maybe even a comment about how you went and liked my Facebook page. I kid. I kid. That’s it, easy peasy. You may leave one entry per day, per blog post. I will figure the rest out using Random.org. I’ll announce the winner next Monday, September 19th.

Thanks for the recipe – that sounds yummy and very easy.
If only I had one of those Hamilton Beach Quesadilla Makers…
I already like your Facebook page, by the way
We love quesadilla’s here! I’d like to try the bean and cheese q’s that we usually cook on the BBQ. This might make for easier cooking in the winter!
Ps I already like you on fb.
Wow! I think that I could actually make this quesadilla! Now I just have to win me the Hamilton Beach Quesadilla Maker!
I just liked you on facebook!
Sounds fantastic. I usually do make Chicken Quesadilla’s, so would love to win this. My family loves them!!
I totally went and liked your page! I would love the quesedilla maker to make breakfast quesedilla’s – bananas, peanut butter and nutella! YUM!
Wow! I love the recipe! I didn’t even know there was such thing as a quesadilla maker! I wonder if you could do pizza quesadillas as well. Yummmm! I just found you on facebook too! WOO HOO!
Yum. I love shredded cheese. I also love quesadillas. One of the things that my six yo will actually eat. This quesadilla maker sounds a hell of a lot easier than my frying pan and a heavy pot on top…
I would make all sorts of sandwichs with this quesadilla maker. The possibilities are endless. My family loves warm sandwiches…so this would be perfect. I think a nice egg with ham and cheese quesadilla would be nice to eat…yummy!
Just submitted my like!
Aside from the insane amount of quesedillas our family would eat with a quesedilla maker — and we eat ‘em like crazy — I think a few Nutella and banana creations would be in order. Oh….heaven!
I recently saw a recipe for fish quesadilla’s which I’d love to try out. Thanks!
As a hockey Mom…I make all kinds of different quesadillas because they are quick, easy, yummy, and I can hide all sorts of veggies in them, AND we can get out the door to a game quickly!!! The HAMILTON BEACH quesadilla maker would make that even easier!
Liking you now!!!
Thanks for is recipe. I wish all my meals can be this simple to put together! My kids love cheese, don’t mind chicken and corn. Would love to have the Hamilton Beach Quesadilla Maker to put it all together!
Just liked you on Facebook!
Just bought my first roasted chicken from PC like you have in your pic…used ours in Penne Alfredo chicken…will totally try this combo together…when and if I win that Quesadilla maker! Oh and I liked you on Facebook! And I already like your FB page!
Yum. I think I’d make this. Maybe add some rinsed canned black beans too…
And you know I love you on FB already
A nice steak or chicken quesadilla would be nice with some spicy monterey jack cheese. Delish, for sure!
I would try one with pre-cooked beef strips and peppers and monteray jack cheese. That would be heavily.
I’m thinking smoked salmon, cream cheese and baby spinach quesedillas!
This Hamilton Beach Quesadilla Maker would be a dream! So fast and easy (even faster than “fast food” lol)…and much healthier! I liked your fb page
